Sweet & Spicy Infused Ginger Mango Salsa

My favorite way to get creative in the kitchen is to find ways to incorporate my favorite ingredient-cannabis!
This is something I came up with when I was looking for new ways to use one of my favorite products, the Dixie Dew Drops. The effect is consistent, and the tinctures can be taken under your tongue for faster absorption. If that is not on your list of needs, I would definitely recommend giving this recipe a try!
Ginger Mango Salsa
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 2 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled, grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded, and finely diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, or 1 tbsp dried cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded, and finely diced (optional for extra heat!)
- 2-4 1 mL droppers of Ginger Mango Dixie Dew Drops
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, toss gently, and let the mixture sit covered for at least ten minutes.
Uncover, season to taste, and enjoy!
This salsa is great over fish, chicken, or tofu, and makes a great addition to salads as well. Make sure to dose appropriately for the needs of those consuming this delicious dish!
