I prefer these over other sleep gummies because they have CBN for sleep, CBD for inflammation, THC for anxiety, and melatonin for sleep. Not many brands have all 4 of these ingredients.  They also taste good, which is important because I let them dissolve in my mouth. I have bought other brands I couldn't do this with because of the taste.
