Mocktail Recipes: Cherry Lime Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 6 cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 15 ml Dixie Elixirs Cherry Limeade (approx. 1 cap full)
- 1/2 cup club soda
- crushed ice
Directions:
1. In the bottom of an empty cocktail glass, muddle together cherries, mint leaves, and lime juice.
2. Add syrup, Dixie Elixirs Cherry Limeade. Stir to combine. Pour into a new glass to prevent straw clogging.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
4. Garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berry mix (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups chilled sparkling water
- 3 oz. of Dixie Elixirs Berry Lemonade (approx. 5-6 capfuls)
- For Garnish: fresh berries, lemon slices
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, berries, and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 mins, until the berries are soft and bursting.
2. Pour syrup mixture into a blender and puree until smooth.
3. Add 2 cups of ice into a pitcher or bowl. Place a fine mesh strainer over the pitcher and strain the berry mixture over ice.
4. Combine ice/syrup mixture with lemon juice, sparkling water, and Dixie Elixirs Berry Lemonade. Stir to combine and serve with glasses filled with ice. Garnish as desired.

Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 jalapenos (remove seeds to make it less spicy)
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cups ginger ale, chilled
- 5 oz Dixie Elixirs Fruit Punch (approx. 3/4 bottle)
- For Garnish: sliced citrus (limes, grapefruit, oranges), pineapple wedges, pineapple leaves
Directions:
1. In a pitcher, combine jalapenos, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Chill for 1 hour.
2. Remove jalapenos. At this point you can continue to chill the mixture until ready to serve.
3. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and Dixie Elixirs Fruit Punch. Fill with ice and garnish with sliced fruit. Serve in large glasses filled with ice with desired garnish(es).

- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 15 ml Dixie Elixirs Half and Half (approx. 1 capful)
- 1 cup soda water
- Garnish: pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry
Directions:
1. Fill a large highball glass with ice. Pour in N/A blue curacao syrup.
2. Add lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and Dixie Elixirs Half and Half. Stir to combine.
3. Top with seltzer and stir to combine.
4.Garnish as desired and serve.
